CX6 is equipped with 10.7x optical zoom lens and quick AF system. With this new system Ricoh upgraded its hardware and software from hybrid AF system in its predecessor, the CX5.
In addition to improving the ability to determine the speed of focus, Ricoh also provides LCD monitor 1.7 times brighter than CX5. Its ability to sets the brightness level based on the conditions automatically.
As many compact cameras on the market, Ricoh CX6 already has Aperture and Shutter Priority mode. There is also a snap movie function to allows users recording movies.
Release buttons that are available for movie recording has been added, as well as other functions such as auto focus and zoom for movie shooting.
It is also embedded 1/2.3 inch CMOS sensor that promises capturing good photo in low light conditions. The lens itself very satisfying that has 10.7x zoom or equal to 28-300 mm. It also already has an image stabilizer which will allows users to target objects in the distance.
AF hybrid system that become CX6 excellence will also work well when it uses 28 mm wide-angle and 300 mm telephoto.
Ricoh CX6 will available in black, silver and pink color.
